Davis Chocolate gives chocolate shop designers, bean-to-bar makers and chefs access to premium chocolate with efficient of co-manufacturing options and low minimum order requirements. We offer bars, drops, hearts, morsels or any custom mold from our state-of-the-art co-pack facility to ensure a perfect product every time.

Other co-manufacturing collaborations

Co-packing reduces the cost and time by outsourcing manufacturing and making distribution more efficient. We work with you to provide just-in-time delivery of your products, alleviating burdensome overhead costs and streamlining your logistics.  

Here are a few ways we serve clients with our state-of-the-art facility:

  • We roast large and small volumes of cacao beans in a temperature-controlled facility to ensure the integrity of your bean
  • We winnow the cacao beans after roasting, to separate the bean from the shell
  • We mill the nibs to create cocoa liquor
  • We temper the beans, pan and mold the chocolate
