Davis Chocolate began with founder Brent Davis, whose curiosity, technical knowledge and determination to manufacture in the United States inspired him to explore the art and science of chocolate making.

What started as an experiment grew into a chocolate company built around ingredient discovery, innovation and hands-on manufacturing.

Today, we continue that journey in Mishawaka, Indiana, developing chocolate products for everyday enjoyment, baking and creative culinary applications.
